The Rivera Choir Department has begun a tradition of excellence in both UIL and TMEA state-wide events. Statistics show that involvement and success in these events help to foster growth in the students' responsibility and commitment to advancement of their academics along with increased musicianship. Some competitive choir events are required and the rest are strongly encouraged. All are a positive learning experience.
